Seeking a full-time Payroll Specialist for a holding's company in Downtown Los Angeles. Role requires full-time onsite for the first ~3 months, then 3 days onsite/2 remote.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience (10+ years if no degree)

• Strong knowledge of California wage and hour laws, tax regulations, PTO, and garnishments

• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now

• Experience processing payroll for both exempt and non-exempt employees

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Bachelor's degree preferred, not required

• Soft skill: strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data discreetly

Salary: $65K-$75K. Start date: ASAP.
